I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, meaning that I do my best to see the whole you, including everything and everyone who influences you each day.
Along with my teaching degree, I earned a Master of Arts degree in Counseling/School Counseling from Mid-America Nazarene University, graduating in 2015. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor [LPC, LCPC] a Certified Play Therapist, and a Certified Trauma and Resilience Specialist. I am a member of the American Counseling Association and am a Nationally Certified Counselor.
